Compliance
The Compliance Officer oversees and coordinates program activities in relation to Federal Title 31 compliance.
Essential Job Functions
- Ensures Federal Title 31 compliance by all gaming departments throughout the Casino.
- Audits and completes adjustments in the automated Title 31 software program to accurately record documents required by the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network.
- Prepares exception reports in relation to procedural errors.
- Maintains all records and documents pertaining to Federal Title 31 currency transactions.
- Prepares and submits Title 31 documents to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network.
- Coordinates Title 31 training schedules and testing; prepares related materials.
- Conducts initial and oversees annual employee training and testing for Title 31.
- Documents Title 31 training activities and maintains employee testing records.
- Reviews the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network website on a periodic basis in order to ensure compliance with new regulations.
- Meets with relevant gaming departments and/or personnel regarding operational issues and or procedural changes pertaining to Title 31.

- Work is performed in an office environment with occasional exposure to tobacco smoke and noise common to gaming environments.
- Work is subject to frequent sitting, intermittent standing and walking, and occasional bending, reaching, and lifting up to 75 pounds.
